These delicious cheesy potato wedges feature Young Living edible basil essential oil, partnered with oregano essential oil, for a unique flavour burst.
Cheesy Potato Wedges Recipe with Basil and Oregano Essential Oil
Ingredients
3 to 4 potatoes
4 Tbsp olive oil
1 drop of Young Living Oregano essential oil
1 drop of Young Living Basil essential oil
2 tsp Italian herb seasoning
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, shredded
Instructions
Slice potatoes into wedges. Place potato in a bowl. Pour olive oil in a small bowl. Add oregano essential oil and basil essential oil to the olive oil. Drizzle over the potatoes. In a small bowl combine Italian herb seasoning, garlic powder and salt. Add parmesan cheese to potato bowl. Add seasoning to potato bowl. Use your hands to mix. Place potato on a baking tray, evenly spaced. Bake at 190 degrees for to 25 to 35 minutes.
